Carpenter - London - Residential Properties - Temporary - Up to £16.00 per hour|
Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider based in London. I am currently recruiting for a Carpenter (Multi-trader) to cover a number of residential properties in the Mayfair, Victoria and Belgravia area. The successful candidate will be carpentry biased and essentially have City & Guilds level 3 in NA is a foot mobile position and the maintenance team go from house to house carrying out survey works and various types of repairs and maintenance. In return the company offer a competitive hourly rate up to £16.50 per hour with the possibility of being offered a permanent position within the maintenance team and the opportunity of further training and career progression.
Hours of work
Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm
Key duties & responsibilities
* Kitchen Fitting
* But Predominantly repair, for example-
* Sash window repairs
* Replacement of door and window furniture/ironmongery
* Silicone/mastic works
* Door adjustments
* General woodwork
* Replacing Shower seals
* Replacement of 1 or 2 broken tiles
* Basic Plumbing
* Replacing Traps
* Replacing shower heads/hoses
* Carpentry qualified - City & Guilds or NVQ Carpenrty
* An understanding of most trades (Plumbing and Electrical)
* Driving License
* Good communication skills
* Must be able to start at short notice
* Happy to travel to multiple sites
