Technical Manager - Medium Sized Developer|
My client is a Medium sized Developer with the majority of projects in London and surrounding counties. Projects range from £8-125m and all projects are within the M25. They have 4 offices in South of England and offer a very friendly working atmosphere; the current Technical Team is very dynamic and works very well as a team. This opportunity will be predominately office based in Essex however there will be a need to travel to site 1/2 times per week. This opportunity has arisen due to additional work load and new projects starting for the company and depending on size you may not be allocated to just one project.
The successful Technical Manager will have the following:
* Residential experience with a Developer or Main Contractor experienced members of staff
* Good managerial skills and a willingness to mentor Technical Co-ordinators
* RC frame and traditional build experience
* A passion for residential construction
* A proven track record of delivering projects as a lead Technical Manager / Design Manager
* Within an hour commute to their Essex based office
