I am looking to recruit 4 x Polish Speaking Customer Service/Helpdesk Advisors for an ongoing temporary assignment at my prestigious client based in Northwich. Working between the hours of 7am and 8pm you will mainly be working Monday - Friday but you would be required to work occasional weekends. You will be responsible for receiving and resolving incoming calls from customers who are experiencing problems with their electronic equipment. The successful applicants must be able to communicate fluently in both English & Polish and have previous customer service experience, be proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office, have the ability to liaise at all levels and be able to work to strict deadlines and remain calm when working under pressure.

Basic pay of £8.17 + 15% ph(£1.22ph) shift allowance with lots of opportunities for overtime covering holidays and sickness.
