My client is a reputable Main contractor specialising in Social Housing New Build Construction. Projects ranges from £10-100m and are all within the M25. They have won a high volume of work and have 6 new projects in the pipeline, one being a £60m RC Frame New Build project in South London. The project is in pre-construction phase and when ready to go to site the Design Manager will be required to recruit a Design Team with assistance from the Design Director. |

The successful Design Manager will have the following:
* Social Housing New Build experience
* RC Frame experience
* Proven track record of acting as the lead Design Manager on projects of £20m +
* A Design / Construction related degree
* Good mentoring skills
* Good time management
* Personable and client facing
