My client is a rapidly growing IT Service Management (ITSM) Consultancy who are looking for a Junior ITSM Consultant with a track record of working in a client facing role with any recogonised ITSM applications within an ITIL environment, to train into ServiceNow |
Provide Advice and guidance on the implementation of ITSM
Understand and capture the client's requirements
Provide advice and guidance on ITIL best practice
Conduct Process workshops to define ITIL "to be" processes
Develop strong client relationships
Provide advice on ITSM best practice
Define implementation approach
18 - 24 months experience in a similar role
Good understanding understanding of an ITSM application
Understanding of ITIL
Open and Friendly personality
Excellent verbal and written English
This client facing role requires a professional demeanor and would suit someone with an outgoing and open personality who can build effective client relationships. The role is home based with visits to client sites with all travel expensed.
