Specification Sales Manager - The Person
We are looking for an astute and credible professional who is able to gain, defend and manage product specifications for the Company's products within a target group of specifiers and influences, with the aim of increasing market share, revenue and profit.

If you can boast the authority to make decisions involving pricing, maximise personal sales productivity and have a sound knowledge of specificers then we want to talk to you about this prestigious opportunity.

The ideal candidate would possess the following attributes:

• A confident and driven client facing technical sales professional
• Experience of building lasting partnerships with key contractors
• Able to identify new specification opportunities
• Efficient diary management capabilities
• Competent and credible presenter - completion of CPD presentations an advantage
• Able to forge relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• An understanding of construction methods and a relation to major building projects an advantage
