About the role
You will be responsible for the support and maintenance of a varied range of business systems services and applications predominantly focused around Dynamics CRM.
The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of Capita business systems according to business goals and objectives. Part of the Business Systems team whose remit is to solve organisational information and processing challenges by analysing requirements; designing and then implementing solutions in accordance with business priorities. Finally to ensure systems are handed to operations with the appropriate training, documentation, maintenance and support to ensure smooth BAU operation.

What you will do:
Analyses, prioritise and solve Business Application problems raised via our incident management tool in line with business priorities
Manage service requests, scheduling work to deliver against timescales, and set expectations with requestors, keeping them informed of progress
Working with the Business Systems team in the management and delivery of the future roadmap for the existing application portfolio ensuring that upgrades and enhancements are evaluated and deployed appropriately in collaboration with business users and technical colleagues.
Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
Ensure new systems and enhancements are transitioned to Business as Usual operations in a smooth and efficient way; providing necessary documentation and training where applicable
Prepares technical reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information and trends
Your experience will include:
ITIL certification or other recognised IT qualification
Experience of working in a Service Desk environment and ticket management toolsets.
Confident with using mainstream Microsoft applications
Basic experience and exposure to commercial functions; Finance, Marketing, Service Desk, Professional Services and Sales
Be able to interact with team(s) and ensure full awareness of any issues
Must be able to communicate orally and in written form clearly to customers and/or stakeholders.
