Role: Learning and Development Business Partner (Multi-Site Service/Retail)|
Location: Glasgow, North East, North West, West Yorkshire-Flexible location with travel

An outstanding Learning and Development opportunity has arisen within an established Facilities Management business, enjoying year on year growth. My client employs over 13,000 people with a turnover approaching £400m.
You will be responsible for the research, design, service delivery and evaluation of identified L&D interventions up to and including senior management level across a dynamic multi-site business.
Your experience will have been gained in a fast paced environment, with a background in Talent and Management Development, which includes managing the full cycle of learning and development.
You will be comfortable working with senior management through to front line operations in the design and delivery of best practice Learning and Development solutions, with the objective of partnering with Operational Stakeholders to improve operational performance.
The ability to understand and articulate trends in data, and identifying areas of weakness in a business, are therefore key elements of the role.
You will be a strong management development professional with excellent knowledge, design and delivery skills in management and behavioural training. You will also be comfortable proving the business benefits of learning and development through tangible evidence and metrics. You will have experience of managing and delivering learning and development projects, and ensuring these are successfully implemented through stakeholder engagement.
This is a business partner role (rather than consultancy) where commitment to partnership with Operators at all levels is key to success.
Your communication and presentation skills will be of the highest standard, and your client management approach will be one of relationship building in a commercial environment.
