This is an exciting opportunity for a strong mechanical maintenance engineer who wants to be trained and developed into a multi-skilled maintenance engineer on shift.

The Role of a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer:
The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will work a day's shift pattern, 4on 4off 12 hours and will work inbetween the operators and the multi-skilled engineers, you will be involved in running and first line mechanical maintenance of a variety of high speed food manufacturing machinery. You will do planned maintenance and repair the likes of conveyers, rollers, belts and bearings. This is working in a state of the art £60 million manufacturing facility that's acres in size and also offers you the chance to work side by side with the multi-skilled engineers, whilst receiving training.
To be selected the Mechanical maintenance engineer position within this fantastic organisation, your must have a strong background in mechanical background and be able to use to a Mill and a Lathe as well as repair rollers, belts, bearings etc.
