Great opportunity has arisen in a market leading industrial manufacturing company that provide into the construction industry. Due to the investment and expansion of the business they are seeking an electrically biased multi skilled maintenance engineer to join their proactive engineering team on a 4 on 4 off days and nights shift pattern. There will be on site training in the first month and there will be opportunities for the engineers to progress and take on responsibility within the company.
THE ROLE OF A MAINTENANCE ENGINEER:
This role will be reactive and proactive maintenance on all the industrial equipment on the site. This role is mainly an electrical position where the engineer will be carrying out all electrical works and also involved in the controls. The engineer will be carrying out installations as well as working on the PLC carrying out Fault finding and some modifications. The PLC they have on site are Allen Bradley and Siemens. The role will be a mix of days and nights.

To be selected for the role the candidates must have a very strong electrical engineering background. The engineer must have experience fault finding and carrying out modifications on the equipment. They must be able to work as part of a team and be able to get involved in project work.
- Electrical bias
- Ideally PLC experience on Siemens
- Experience on hydraulics
