The Package - What You Could Earn:

- Basic salary between £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
- Annual discretionary bonus which can be up to 15% of their base salary.
- Matched contribution pension scheme and be eligible for the PMI scheme after two years of service or upon being promoted to Principal Consultant, whichever comes first.

Senior Service Cloud Consultant - Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- To provide innovative solutions to our clients` business needs by delivering and assisting in managing all stages of a customer project including demonstrations, design, development and implementation of the Oracle applications in which you specialise
- Additionally, to play a leadership/guiding role to junior resources alongside, or in the absence of, a Principal Consultant
- Learning, and keeping up to date with Oracle application configuration skills
- Providing implementation, enhancement and support of Oracle application based solutions, consisting of but not limited to:
- Performing a senior technical role, guiding Consultants and client personnel on best-practice techniques;
- Performing a leadership role, helping to drive forward project delivery;
- Identifying where Packaged Software design decisions can have wider impacts, and raising those to client and/or company personnel
- Communicating technical solutions to both client and your colleagues in a clear and concise manner both verbally and in written form
- Delivering demonstrations, as part of pre-sales or during implementations
- Interfacing with key client staff, including Business Analysts, Architects and Managers on a day-to-day basis
- Potentially acting as the most senior consultant on a client site, and managing the client relationship day-to-day
- Providing accurate estimates for work being carried out by oneself and by team members;
- Identifying and raising, risks and issues; and managing hours so that delivery timelines for the client are achieved and in accordance with the quality standards
- Assisting the Marketing Manager and Business Development personnel in Investigation and production of technically accurate marketing offerings and creation of blog entries for the company blog;
- Engaging with Oracle as part of understanding more about the products in which we specialise and their roadmaps;
- Creation and maintenance of Best Practice Technical Notes, as well as internal Training Courses, covering modules of the Packaged Software;
- Making presentations to customers, either as part of a project or during sales activities;
- Training on, and implementation of, non- Oracle Applications at clients or with colleagues;

The Person - Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:

- Minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) from a top flight university, ideally with honours
- Minimum of 3 A-C grades at A-Level or equivalent & B grade in GCSE Math or equivalent
- CRM domain expertise in Service Cloud (formerly RightNow) or alternatively other technologies such as Siebel, Salesforce, CRM on demand or Zen Desk and willing to retrain.
- Demonstrable experience of successfully managing a project end-to-end preferably in a consultancy setting
- Familiar with the nuances of managing a technical team
- Minimum of 2 years` experience in a Senior role
- Experience of configuring Commercial off-the-shelf applications
- Proficient in a programming language
- Able to learn quickly from both training and on the job experience, identifying patterns and adapting solutions to fit different situations
- Offers exceptional communication and presentation skills at all levels, adapting methods to suit audience with a keen awareness of how one`s own body language and tone is perceived by others
- Able to analyse and translate complex concepts into a format which is accessible to all, using a variety of media to ensure understanding
- Has confident writing skills with the ability to produce reports, letters and analyses to consistently high standards
- Able to respond to verbal challenges in a reasoned and thoughtful manner
- Helps to build team spirit and works effectively within a team, leading by example as needed
- Has ability to work on own initiative and maintain own motivation
- Able to visualise complex concepts and create effective real world solutions from them
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Skilled in configuring CRM COTS applications to meet business needs
