About the role;
Ability to perform the role of FICO/Real Estate Consultant on SAP Support, Enhancements and Projects including the facilitation of requirement gathering sessions.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the Customer and Edenhouse organisations Design and implement best practise SAP FICO/Real Estate solutions appropriate to Customer requirements and standards.
Manage and own enhancements and incidents through to completion adhering to Edenhouse and Customer standards.
Desired Skills and Experience;
At least 4 full life-cycle project implementations and more than 5 year's experience in SAP FICO and 3 years SAP Real Estate functional configuration and technical support.
Experienced with designing SAP FICO and Real Estate Solutions
SAP Real Estate configuration and implementation;
* Master data management
* Contract management
* Rental accounting
* Space management
* Integration with other modules
SAP FICO configuration and implementation;
* New General Ledger
* Accounts Payable
* Accounts Receivable
* Asset Accounting
* Cost Centre Accounting
* Profit Centre Accounting
* Internal Orders
