Service Desk Analyst - Cambridge - £20,000 - £23,000 |
CAMBRIDGE, United Kingdom ? As a Service Desk Analyst, you will provide 1st line technical support which will range from setting up new user accounts, building laptops and workstations as well as working remotely to assist clients with any IT related issues.
You will be a natural problem solver with excellent attention to detail as well as strong customer service and communication skills and experience within a similar role using a ticketing system. KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience in a service desk environment using ticketing systems (NetHeldpesk or similar)
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, Outlook and Exchange
- Knowledge of virtualisation technologies (ideally VMWare)
