My client is a leading FM and Maintenance company with a history going back to over 100 years with worldwide coverage. Due to an expansion of the contract my client is looking for 2 multi-skilled engineers Electrical or Mechanical bias, who can cover all the planned and reactive maintenance on site. The ideal candidate will have city and guilds, nvq or equivalent with 16th or 17th edition if electrically biased and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and excellent communication skills.
There are 2 positions available:
* 2 Static Multi-skilled Engineer based at Milton, Cambs in large commercial office building.
* City and Guilds or NVQ Electrical or Mechanical.
* Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
* Ability to work in the UK
* Full UK Drivers License
* Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
* Previous Pharmaceutical experience would be beneficial
* 17th Edition
* £31,500 Basic Salary
* Plenty of Overtime
* 20 Days holiday + Bank Holidays
* Shuttle Bus available to Central Cambridge
Duties will include all planned and reactive maintenance on lighting, changing strip, globes, ballasts, single and 3 phase, emergency lighting, fire alarm tests, panels, power, LV, BMS (Trend), risers, changing belts, filters, faulting finding on plant including pumps, motors, AHU's, fan coil units, hot and colds, paper work, permits to work, walk rounds, escorting sub contractors and general maintenance duties and helping other members of the maintenance team.
HOURS OF WORK
8am to 5pm Monday to Friday with overtime.
