Our client is a leading name in the manufacture of recycled construction products, selling into major house builders, local authorities, Main contractors and housing associations. The brand has gone from strength to strength and through these lean years they have seen fantastic growth. Their two manufacturing plants are both working shifts round the clock to meet the demand of the current customer base. Building on this successful brand and in fact successful area, they are now looking for a proven Technical Manager to strengthen the service offering.
*Provides technical Management and direction for the Technical Team.
*Review the work of the Technical Team and report to the Technical Director.
*Must be able to recognize possible deficiencies and be able to implement effective solutions.
*Creates and executes development plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs of the products we manufacture.
*Ensure technical team are contributing to the agreed schedule.
*Consistently delivers high-quality services to our customers
*Understands the processes involved with obtaining BBA Certificates.
*Experience of the Construction Industry and dealing with the NHBC.
*Challenges others to develop as leaders while serving as a role model.
*Manages the technical team by ensuring that project tasks are in line with agreed time spans.
*Inspires his team to attain goals.
*Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change.
*Manages the process of innovative change effectively.
*Remains on the forefront of emerging changes in the construction industry.
*Facilitates effective team interaction.
*Acknowledges and appreciates each team member's contributions.

*Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative technical solutions.
