Job Title: Project Coordinator

Salary: £32,000- £35,000 (DOE)

Hours: 7:00-16:30 (flexible)

Role Outline

The position of Project Coordinator broadly covers the responsibility of managing the execution and completion of projects from order through to sign off. This is a detailed and sometimes pressured role in managing deadlines and client expectations whilst managing supply chain, installation teams and the financial project budget.

Key Duties

You will take full responsibility for projects taken on, including:

* Attending customer's pre-start meetings to run through the project detail to make sure the installation is fully prepared and accurate
* Working with the Surveying Manager to carry out site surveys
* Liaising with clients/site managers/project managers over timing/installation/fixing details/other trade interfaces including electrical, AV and construction trades
* Understanding and planning for the project timing
* Procurement of made to measure products to budget
* Managing project cash flow, raising invoices
* Management of installation including Risk and Method Statements, (RAMS) site visits and installer management as appropriate with occasional weekend/evening supervision/on call for site operatives as required
* Responsibility for on-site Health & Safety
* Project sign off including project financial report review, operations and maintenance information
* From time to time, you may be required to attend tender meetings with the sales team, to gain your practical input into design, project execution and any other factors that could assist in securing the project.

* Willing understanding and embracing of the company culture expectations

Key Skills and Experience

* Previous knowledge of electrical, joinery and other associated building trades and basic construction knowledge
* Knowledge of fit-out trade
* Basic competence in computer use including Word, Excel, Outlook.
* Good basic grasp of mathematics and accounting principles
* Hold full clean UK driving license

Qualifications (desirable but not essential)

* SMSTS Site Management Health & Safety
* CSCS Card Trade Specific
* IPAF Powered Access
* PASMA Scaffold
* IOSH / other Health & Safety Management
* Competence in other software packages such as a CRM program, Asta Power Project, Sage - can be taught
