Procurement Process Analyst - Media & Telecoms

We are looking to fill a permanent role in Hampshire offering a competitive salary, bonus and benefits.

Reporting to our Procurement Process Manager, as Procurement Process Specialist you'll be responsible for three elements of the procurement process function, namely purchasing, expenses and purchasing cards, in addition to handling and resolving all enquiries relating to the full purchase-to-pay (P2P) process within SLAs. Additionally processing expenses on the Oracle iExpenses system, you'll support Finance by improving the P2P process and reporting, producing monthly metrics for management. Other key accountabilities include:

* Autocreate queue and P2P mailbox to be processed daily
* Oracle data-cleansing
* entering purchase card spend on MiVision
* producing monthly management information to reflect spend.

The ideal candidate is:

Well-educated with strong organisational, presentation and interpersonal skills, and a confident communicator, you have excellent skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word, in addition to

data manipulation. Preferably with experience of financial/administrative functions and a financial qualification, you have an understanding of business operation. Procurement and/or financial systems experience will be a real asset. Able to develop good working relationships with colleagues and external suppliers, and with robust customer focus, you also have:

* good team-working skills
* the ability to prioritise work with minimum supervision
* first-class problem-solving skills
* ideally some knowledge of Oracle and/or JDE
