My Client Based in Wellingborough is looking for a Internal Customer Manager to join their existing team.

Objectives / Purpose ?
? Maintain customers with no potential to upgrade
? Maintain Regular service customers with no potential to upgrade
? Maintain Long term rental customers
? Reactive enquiry initial contact
? Supplementary appointment setting
? Cleanse of low and zero spend accounts
? Identify potential
? Maintain and police CRM accuracy by all
? To increase face to face selling time for the field sales team with prospective, existing and lapsed customers.
? To pro-actively follow up leads and proposals by telephone
? To maintain the diary for the designated field sales personnel
? To maintain and manage the Sage CRM database in conjunction with others
? To take a full and active role in all aspects of the department and business, as required by the Sales Director.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

? Participate proactively in Sales Meetings
? Provide regular reporting to the Sales Director on areas of responsibility.
? Act as an ambassador for the company on the telephone.


? Proactively market our clients products and services by telephone and persuade customers/prospects to accept a visit from the sales team.
? Generate qualified (i.e validated) and relevant leads and uncover future prospects
* Work with Sales team to identify targets
E.g. research identified sectors/segments to find contact information
? Gather and document (record electronically) information about customers and prospects.
? Prepare for calls by doing all necessary background research
* Enter notes into database before and after calls including dates for follow ups
* Monitor follow up tasks
? Book appointments for the sales team and manage the diary of each Sales Engineer alongside other Telesales staff
? Maintain the Sage CRM database and provide reporting as required.
? Continuous improvement of CRM and sales processes.
? Provide cover for the Sales Administrator and reception

Skills and experience
? Experience of telesales techniques
? Experience working with Sage CRM or similar
? Competent IT skills including familiarity with MS Excel,Word and Publisher

? Excellent communicator
? Polite, confident and friendly manner
? Excellent organiser
? Self motivated and ability to take initiative
? Enjoys building relationships
? Team Player
? Thick skinned, broad shoulders and polite perseverance
? Self confidence and positive attitude

Other Full clean driving licence

Skills and experience Minimum 1 year?s experience working in a role as an appointment setter
Customer service experience
