The HR Manager is the first point of contact for managers and employees to provide counselling, coaching and supporting on HR fundamentals. This role is critical in executing our key HR initiatives, providing available and responsive internal employee support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.

• Provides advice and counsel to managers and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures and practices at 100% compliance to promote an ethical and compliant work environment
• Leads key HR processes
• Maintains and protects confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care
•Ensures the continuity of all existing HR systems and develop these systems in order to create practices that grow, embrace and motivate all employees
•Ensures ongoing effective internal communication
•Supervises payroll practices and health & safety regulations
• Lead local and international HR projects to support the business needs

Basic Qualifications:
Goodrich Turkish Technic Service Center is a Joint Venture company between UTC Aerospace Systems and THY Technic and was established in June 2010 located in Sabiha Gokcen Airport/HABOM, Istanbul. The company offers maintenance, repair and overhaul services of thrust reverser and nacelle systems to commercial airlines both domestic and international. We at present require an experienced individual who will contribute to our success, whilst upholding our reputation as a leading provider of quality MRO services with our EMEA customers. The Human Resources Manager will directly report to EMEA HR Director and the local General Manager as dotted line.

• Bachelor degree in reputable university, master degree is plus
• Minimum of 10 years hands on experience in Human Resources including talent acquisition, organizational development, compensation and benefits, payroll and occupational health & safety
• Previous managerial HR experience is a strong asset
• Experience working in a matrix work environment preferred
• Possess excellent relationship management skills
• Strong customer service focus, with a high level of responsiveness
• Ability to plan, develop, and coordinates multiple projects
• Analytic, solution and result oriented
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Sound knowledge of local labour laws and government requirements
• Applies solid continuous improvement initiatives
• Compliance with all UTC policies and procedures inclusive of EH&S, Code of Ethics, Intellectual Property and International Trade Compliance requirements
• Passionate about the quality of the work performed
• Advanced MS Office skills
• No travel restriction
