Sales Manager - Under Floor Heating Projects - North London c£45k + 30% Bonus + Car + Excellent Benefits|
Position: Regional Projects Manager
Reporting To: Head of Sales
Location: Home Based
As the result of a recent internal promotion, a vacancy has arisen for a Regional Project Sales Manager within our business covering the London North area.
Focused on a clearly defined group of specifiers, decision makers and stakeholders with the purpose to secure a specification and subsequent order for key projects. This role favours a specification driven approach which is a core strategic element of the Company's plan moving forward and realising its aspirational, profitable growth ambitions.
The primary focus of the role is to generate specification, manage and convert to an order from M&E contractors and to drive and maintain relationships with key customers on the designated territory.
Some other duties and responsibilities associated with the role include:
Working safely and responsibly in line with all health and safety policies and procedures
Expanding and managing sales in the London North area
Owning, managing and converting a pipeline of project opportunities
Demonstrating proficient knowledge of successful project sales in UFH
Building strong, lasting customer relationships
Accurately estimating actual and potential projects
In order to be considered for this role, applicants must have existing relationships with the stakeholders outlined above. They must possess excellent construction industry and building products knowledge.
Confident, focused and able to operate autonomously, the successful candidate will have prior successful experience operating in the UFH market. Tenacity, flexibility and positivity will be strong personality attributes with a high level of drive and focus also being clearly apparent. Additionally, excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively are also essential attributes.
