We are recruiting for an Air Conditioning installation engineer team to work on a mobile basis in the North West (and national travel) area for one of the UK's leading Engineering and Building Services Companies.|
Due to the nature of the contract the work will cover various shifts and hours. Initial day shift will be circa £16.00/hr however backshifts, nightshifts and weekend working is available plus midweek overtime paid at premium rates. The role is a temporary ongoing contract (with a possibility for a permanent vacancy).
A large international / national M&E and FM solution provider, they run Building Services contracts to multiple end users with excellent internal progression for driven and professional candidates.
The Air conditioning engineering role will involve the installing and commissioning various all makes of units VAV and VRV split air conditioning systems into banking and commercial premises.
• Installation of Air conditioning plant and systems to active facilities
• Installation of all associated kit including:
The ideal AC Engineer will hold relevant City & Guilds (or equivalent) qualifications including F Gas 2079.
Experience of installation projects
Ability to work on targeted fit outs
As desire to increase personal earnings gained from frequency of installs
Willingness to work away from home area
A Full Driving Licence is essential min 3 points accepted
You will need to have at least 5 years experience
Tidy and presentable appearance.
Work flexibly with other trades where competent.
Be able to work at heights.
Ideal candidates will have domestic gas experience/qualifications not essential
