Our Nottingham based service business who have an enviable customer base and who constantly achieve their growth plans are recruiting for someone to head up the Technical Hardware Repair function.|
The role needs a 'go getters' who through the interview process, can impress the client with their ability to demonstrate how they make change, add value and be able to thrive in an ever changing environment.
Leading an onsite team, the purpose of the role in its simplest term is to ensure that customer hardware repairs are made quickly and ideally without further need for repair.
What will you be doing in this role?
On a daily basis, you will plan your teams workload ensuring hardware repairs achieve SLA's; producing meaningful KPI's which can be presented at meetings
This role requires someone who will constantly strive to improve the service that you and you team provides and constantly look at ways in which reoccurring faults can be minimised/eradicated
You'll drive continuous change and always be looking at the processes within your team to make them better
Obviously you'll manage and develop your team - are there areas for training/development?
You will be the face of the Hardware Repair team and when necessary meet with customers to review service levels and encourage their feedback on your service
Be responsible for making sure that working practices and processes exist, are robust and wherever possible are standardised
Design and implement new hardware repair services for customers
Manage and collaborate with third party suppliers where appropriate and ensure that their performance and provision of services and quality is in line with expectations
