A SQL Developer / Database Developer / Data Warehouse Developer is required to join a client-focussed and technology-driven business to ensure that their products and services meet their clients' ever-evolving needs. You'll be joining at a time of growth and you will be involved in new project work, as well as ensuring the continual improvement of existing reports and data warehouses.
The successful SQL Developer / Database Developer / Data Warehouse Developer will have a blend of technical skills across SQL Server Data Warehouse and Database design and development, development of ETL packages (SSIS), query optimisation and performance tuning and MI reporting. The SQL Developer will also engage with external 3rd party vendors, suppliers and also the business to ensure data is of a high standard and that business requirements are met.
I would love to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
* Excellent SQL Server experience
* T-SQL and stored procedures
* Creation of ETL packages (SSIS)
* Design and creation of SQL Server databases and data warehouse
* Data modelling
* Any experience of cube development (SSAS) would be highly beneficial
* Ideally some experience with Sybase and/or .Net
