Randstad CPE is working with a valued client who are looking for an Contracts Manager to join their team on a permanent basis in Livingston. The business currently services a range of lucrative education and commercial maintenance contracts and offers excellent career opportunities within this market. |
The main purpose of this role will be to manage planned and preventative maintenance, unplanned maintenance and installation programmes. You will also be involved in assisting the Contracts Manager in the financial and commercial management of the contracts.
In order to be considered for the role you will be:
* Degree or equivalent qualified in a M&E discipline
* Member of British Institute of Facilities Managers
* IOSH or equivalent qualification
The ability to obtain enhanced PVG clearance through Disclosure Scotland is essential for this role.
