Your new role:
As a Site Manager you will be an influential and pivotal asset in driving the business forward. Your responsibilities will include the day-to-day management of site operations overseeing, sub-contractors, health & safety, quality management and customer service on a number of high-spec fit-out projects. You will need to follow technical drawings, plans & working in accordance with the project programme, making sure all copies on site are up-to-date. Maintaining a close relationship with the contracts manager is also vital, informing of site progress, purchasing & procurement of materials and preparing the site and assisting with site setting out/marking out. To succeed you will need to be a good communicator and good work ethic with ability to self-motivate.
What you'll need to succeed:
To succeed in this role you would have experience in the Shopfitting construction field in values excess of £50k to £1million along with a minimum 3 years relevant knowledge of the industry. Additionally need to have a trade background in carpentry / joinery along with having certified CSCS and a valid UK licence to conduct site visits. Furthermore a good level of IT knowledge is essential as well as proven ability to work independently, in a team, under pressure and able to multi-task. CRC checks will also be conducted as to allow access to airport locations for terminal clearance.
