Electrical Associate Director who has ambitions of progressing to become an equity partner is sought to join one of the exciting new breed of building services consulting engineers, whom have emerged over the last few years. Based from modern offices close to London's Southbank they offer client's fresh ideas on the development of MEP solutions and seek to work in a collaborative nature with clients from engagement through the design and construction process.|
With client engagement at the forefront of their thinking they have been successful in the development of relationships with interesting clients across the high-end retail, commercial fit-out and high-end residential working both directly with clients and architects. Their portfolio includes a number of leading international names to include Channel, Selfridges, BAA, Louis Vuitton and Harrods.
Seeking to build for the future the successful Electrical Associate Director level will report directly into one of the founding partners, form part of the senior management team of the business. You will be provided with an opportunity to step up into an equity partner role as the role and company develop.
You will become responsible for the management and development of client relationships, lead on the design and delivery of projects, management of internal team on technical delivery, assist with ensuring P&L targets for the business are achieved and working with the incumbent directors for the strategic planning of the next steps in the company's developments.
The role will suit an individual whom is looking for the next step in their career and has aspirations of becoming a full partner in a growing highly ambitious firm of MEP consulting engineers where your voice will be heard.
To be considered you must be able to demonstrate technical excellence in the design of electrical building services solutions within the UK built environment. Ideally be a chartered engineer with CIBSE or IET and have a proven ability in leading client relationships.
