The successful candidate will have the responsibility of conducting and reporting the performance of BHS at LHR.


Construction, analysis and reporting of baggage handling systems performance metrics.
Conducting detailed analysis of System Attributable bags.
Collating input/requirements from external stakeholders in order to improve the performance of LHR BHS.
Ensure detailed analysis of System Attributable bags is completed correctly and promptly.
Support HAL with the ADR-MIS tool set, ensuring the data collected is appropriate and reports correctly reflect the production environment. Represent and support through the presentation and explanation of reporting measures and analysis.
Build Reputation with Customers
Collating input/requirements from internal stakeholders in order to improve the performance of LHR BHS.
Providing a central hub within the business for data collection/analysis and reporting.
Ensure knowledge is transferred across all business units and teams.
Responsible for the continuous improvement of existing reports and monitoring. Look for new opportunities and methods of collecting and reporting data.
Build and improve automated data collection, analysis and reporting
Demonstrate value through the identification of improvements to the management/configuration of the LHR BHS with a view to achieving the HAL objective of "Every Passenger with bag, every time".
Identify and report on issue that may compromise a safe working environment within the LHR BHS.

Skills you will need to demonstrate
 The candidate must demonstrate good organisational and planning skills, demonstrate an ability to work to deadlines.
The candidate must be customer focused & demonstrate initiative to determine the correct people to engage/communicate with.
 Highly analytical, able to identify reason for information to ensure the expected outcome is achieved
 Ability to learn and adapt to new environments.
 Attention to detail
 Able to represent data in appropriate formats
 Good understanding of SQL query, Excel, Macros/VBA
 Experience of data analytics
 Document management tooling/process
