The company have secured a number of high profile orders with full lifecycle maintenance contracts to manufacture and maintain high value capital equipment and as a result, will look to increase their headcount to 2000 by 2020 to meet the demands of these contracts.

ABOUT THE JOB
You'll use your initiative to support the implementation of the company's health & safety, quality and environmental policies into the new depot and assist in the ongoing maintenance of these standards. You'll conduct audits to ensure compliance with relevant standards and give feedback to managers for any non-conformity. In return, you'll receive training and development to ensure you are well placed to perform to the best of your ability.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
This role will suit you if you have an eye for detail and you're a stickler for the rules. You'll also need to be an effective communicator, able to speak to people at all levels both inside and outside the business as well as putting pen to paper in a clear and concise manner.
You're the Quality and Health & Safety Technician if you have performed a similar role in an engineering environment-if you're from a rolling stock/depot environment then ideal. You'll be a qualified auditor and will likely possess a Risk Assessment Certification
£33-38K + Pension + Healthcare + 25 Days Holiday + BH
