Job Purpose:
Employee is responsible for the (in-) direct sales of products and services within an assigned territory / product groups; position carries a direct quota assignment (target). Activities include Identifying prospects utilizing creative lead generation techniques, developing / expanding existing and new business by maintaining strong relationships with multiple customer departments and key decision makers for Foam and Foam Hardware Products across the 5 foam brands known as WILLIAMS, ANSUL, CHEMGUARD, SKUM & SABO FOAM.
  • Develop and execute tactical sales and account plans to realize personal and group targets. Contribute to the Territory Strategic Plan for Foam Products.

Problem Solving:
  • Deal with and resolve customer complaints. Find (creative) solutions to customer’s needs. Analyze complex issues and modify working methods or processes to prevent repetition of identical issues. Think out of the box
People/Function Management:
  • No direct reports, but can lead short term projects and manage difficult situations as and when they arise. Train colleagues (inside sales and customer service) and customers on Foam Products

Supervision Received:
  • Should be able to work independently after initial introduction to business. Should be able to come with a solution after considering alternative options. Will receive support from our Foam technical support team.

Customer Focus:
  • Must be extremely customer focused. Initiates actions to accommodate customer requirements

Interpersonal skills:
  • High level of sensitivity to his customers to influence or change their opinion. Feels comfortable with people in all levels
  • Preferred Education:
  • University degree.
  • Minimum Preference Experience:
  • Proven track record in Foam products sales / Experience in commercial functions
  • Travel Requirements:
  • Significant nationwide travel and nights away from home are an integral part of this role. Travel to Ireland and Israel also required at a rhythm of 2-3 times per year.

Additional Qualification:

  • Excellent verbal and written command of English.
  • Knowledge of additional computer programs used for the job
  • (Microsoft Office and SAP)
  • Driver’s license.
  • Local EH&S qualifications.
