Job Summary
AECOM is seeking a highly motivated BIM Manager for immediate employment in the Kansas City, MO office.

Our expertise includes workplace strategy, economic and development planning, master planning, urban planning, architecture, interiors, building engineering, and landscape architecture. Our B P team is leading the industry with visionary and forward-thinking projects such as the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, CA; Liberty Park at the World Trade Center, New York, NY; the Lower Manhattan Coastal Resilience (Big U), NY; and the LA 2024 Olympic bid.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Assisting and Directing BIM work-flow
  • Assisting in the setup and direction of new BIM projects
  • Continued development of "best practices" for BIM
  • Development of Staff's BIM Capabilities
  • BIM and CADD Assistance on all active projects
  • QA/QC - Data Integrity

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 4 years of BIM/Revit manager experience of an office of 50 staff
  • Ability to assist project teams in organization of construction documents
  • Ability to balance a various tasks, responsibilities, and commitments efficiently and simultaneously
  • Revit document production experience and skills
  • Working knowledge of project design and construction document production, standard construction techniques and principals
  • Must be organized and detail-oriented, and have good communications skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced Revit experience
  • Navisworks clash detection performance experience
  • A360 / BIM 360 experience
  • ProjectWise experience
