Building Engineering
We deliver creative solutions for building projects for industry, government, commercial and leisure sectors. Our building engineering specialists have expertise in structural and building services engineering, fire engineering, acoustics, facades and seismic design. We embed sustainability principles in every design.

Job Summary
Strategy is a specialist strategic business consultancy focused on the changing nature of work and its impact on people, places, and performance. From our locations in the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and Asia, Strategy Plus services global clients regionally and locally. We are looking for talented applicants who possess outstanding analytical, communication and design skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our consulting projects with leading corporations, healthcare and cultural institutions, universities, and local and federal government.

Working as a part of project teams, this individual will be responsible for managing and delivering specific activities within a project, including handling aspects such as the timeline, client interaction, communication, and delivery with oversight from a project manager. Typical tasks include diagramming, data analysis and visualization, space programming, conceptual design, and workshop and presentation preparation. Our clients are located through the Americas and this individual may be required to travel up to 25% of the time.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Planning or Design or other relevant field
  • 2 years related experience
  • Interest in user research, design strategy, and space programming
  • Solid presentation development and delivery skills
  • Familiarity with research methodologies and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong graphic skills
  • Comfortable with data analysis and visualization
  • Persuasive writing skills
  • Self-starter
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, open, collaborative environment
  • High degree of flexibility and the ability to work on multiple projects
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and InDesign
  • Competent in Adobe Creative Suite and Revit

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree
  • Familiarity with Sketch-Up and other multi-media technologies
  • Previous experience in similar design consultancy services
