Are you a Site Agent seeking your next permanent position with the busiest Tier 1 Contractor? This is a long term fantastic opportunity to get involved with a prestigious rail project in London.
The client is looking for a Sub Agent to work on the construction and internal finishes of the station. This includes civils, structures and internals such as blockwork, brickwork, floors, ceilings, etc.
The role will include quality assessment, health and safety inspection, design issues and management of sub-contractors. The successful candidate will be immediate, have structures and internals experience and will be expected to be able to raise technical queries and run everyone on site.
As a Site Agent you must be able to:
* Managing the sub-contractors and engineers
* CRE - Signing documents on behalf of the client
* Procurement / ordering of materials
* Management of site activities
* Production of weekly rolling programmes
* Quality Control of the works / Health and Safety
* Providing support to site engineers
* Progress reporting

To do this role you must have:
* Experience on rail
* Civil Engineering Degree
* Valid PTS card
* SMSTS or SSSTS (Advantageous but not essential)
