Our client is a global leader in the temporary supply of industrial HVAC and power solutions. Due to planned growth we are looking to recruit a knowledgeable HVAC specialist to support both internal and external teams. This is a new role created due to business growth and will offer the chosen candidate exciting career opportunities.|
For the ideal candidate this role can be flexible regarding location and can be based anywhere in the South of the UK (unfortunately there is no relocation assistance available).
Sales - Support the sales teams with complex applications. Assist sales in developing the product lines and with scoping fleet against applications. Produce site laydown drawings and
Service - Support the service team with all aspects of reliability and operation. Carry out repair assessments and recommend where to repair. Support the area with PSSR compliance.
Reliability - Assist the reliability team in resolving any recorded issues from the area. Investigate root cause of area chiller breakdowns.
Standards - Ensure that our products meet the correct design standards. Work with reliability team to resolve any discrepancies.
QHSE - Ensure that project design and delivery is within the confines of ESR.
Process - Assist the National Support team in producing servicing, turnaround, test and operational for products. Support product launch by conducting awareness sessions in UK depots.
Knowledge - Play an active role in up-skilling the area service teams ensuring that any mentoring or drop in training is recorded and passed to the training co-ordinator.
Delivery - Take the lead in delivering complex applications and projects. Ensure that all technical aspects are planned and delivered on time and against budget.
Proven experience in refrigeration or HVAC
Ability to logically fault find and get to product issue root cause.
Excellent written and verbal communication at all levels.
Capability to produce technical drawings and operating schedules.
Proven IT skill set including CAD, Excel and Word.
Customer facing with ability to give positive and negative feedback.
HNC/HND or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
Motivated and enthusiastic.
Robust team player.
A high degree of integrity.
Proven track record of working under pressure without close supervision.
Attention to detail.
Willingness to travel in UK.
