Your new role
You will be making outbound calls to generate leads and book in meetings. You will be trained through a prolific academy which will teach you all you need to know about sales, business development and the IT industry. If you hit targets you will be promoted in the following quarter!
What you'll need to succeed
You do not need industry experience. You do need a drive to succeed, excellent communication skills and the ability persuade over the phone. The successful candidates will be fully trained so ensure you have the willingness to learn from the best.
What you'll get in return
You will be given the platform to accelerate your career into the IT industry. You will start on a base salary of £15K and uncapped commission. Once you hit your modest target, you can be promoted in 1-3 months to a salary of £16K. Further to this, if you hit your target in the next quarter you will be promoted to £17.5K. By the end of your first year, if you have fulfilled your potential, you would expect to be on £18,750 base salary, still with uncapped commission
