My client are a well established and successful national brand, supporting projects and businesses across the UK.
Your new role
Supporting the Centre Manager, your role will be to increase the profile of the business and it's products by means of telephone based sales, offering the very best level of service to all customers.
In addition to new business sales, you will also handle all incoming orders, prepare quotations and carry out a comprehensive customer care programme in line with company guidelines.
Working hours are 8.30am - 4.45pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch, you will receive 24 days holiday plus BH and a flexible benefits package after the qualifying period.
What you'll need to succeed
Ambition and passion! You must be comfortable working to agreed sales targets and have the drive to achieve them! You must also be comfortable negotiating prices to maximise commercial revenue. But most importantly be customer focused, putting the customer at the heart of everything you do.
Knowledge or experience of SAP or Goldmine would also be an advantage.
