UX Designer SaaS- Greenfield Project!|
A fantastic market leading software within its industry is looking to hire a UX Designer to join part of the in house team. The company creates bespoke software for the hospitality industry. This is an exciting time to join as the business is currently undergoing huge transition and wants to completely re-vamp its existing software, starting with the products available on the mobile platform.
The company currently have a GREAT UX team in place which consists of a number of senior UX Designers. However, they are looking to further grow their UX team as they want to place more emphasis on UX design within their products range.
Your role would be to conduct user research by speaking to the different users of the software and understanding how to make it more user friendly and interactive. You would then be tasked with illustrating the research using wireframes to the UX team and working closely with the UX Design team to implement the changes to the software. This role consists of BOTH research and design and it is a great opportunity to develop your design skills and work alongside really experienced Senior UX Designers.
This role has great importance in the company's plan to revolutionise the user experience. The company offers great opportunity to progress into a senior/managerial role. As the business is growing, they aim to invest heavily on UX/UI and grow the team further.
The requirements for the role are:
Experience with UX (a minimum of 2 years)
Experience of gathering/analysing research
Experience with using wireframes
Excellent communication skills
