Senior Business Analyst - Transactional Service - Chester - Full Time - 8 month Contract - £330pd limited|
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to evaluate the processes across all lines of business within TSC; benchmarking current performance and resource requirements and developing solutions that deliver opportunities for process standardisation and consolidation.
Efficiencies and recommendations delivered through this work stream are expected to including but are not limited to, processing time and processing line reductions, fte and ICT system rationalisations, service, team and process integrations, electronic and digital exploitation.
The assigned post holder will also be required to work collaboratively with other workstreams across the programme, including but not limited to, the TSC Programme Board, workstreams benchmarking lines of business and the cost of service delivery across TSC and technical analysts supporting the specification gathering requirements for ERP soft market testing.
Your duties and responsibilities will include;
- Managing and coordinating the successful delivery of large, complex and strategic project of process redesign across the Transactional Service Centre through robust project management methodologies
- Developing, maintaining and driving a process redesign methodology to be applied across TSC in order to drive improvements for customers, enhanced productivity and cashable savings
- Leading on the compilation, reporting, management and coordination of delivery for the process redesign project.
- Identifying and managing complex interfaces and interdependencies across programmes and projects
The rate for this position is £330pd limited. This position is available full time Monday - Friday 37 hours a week and is set for 8 months initially, with a possibility of being extended further.
