Job Title: Project Manager|
Are you a experienced Project Manager with the capability to deliver construction projects up to £15 Million within a multiple sectors i.e education, commercial, leisure, health care?
Our client, who is a leading UK based construction company who has seen growth year on year has secured multiple projects between the value of £18 Million to £30 Million. Due to the growth this has sparked an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join a successful team.
Ideally looking for who is located around Hampshire, Dorset or Wiltshire who is willing to travel up to a hour, the project manager must have a proven track record delivering similar projects with either a regional or national main contractor.
* Managed & delivered projects between £15 Million - £25 Million
* Previous experience working within the Commercial, Education, Student Accommodation & leisure sector
* Managed Design & Build & JCT form of contracts
* Able to set up site, plan & deliver projects to program & to budget
* Experienced using programming software
* Strong knowledge of heath & safety legislation
