We are committed to the continuing development of every employee; therefore we encourage and strongly support career progression, with opportunities for promotion within our organisation and throughout the wider UTC global group.
We are now seeking to recruit a field based Fire Extinguisher Service Engineer to report to the Service Manager at our Bristol branch, and work within Bristol to Gloucester area.

Ideally you will have already gained some sales experience but you will certainly need to demonstrate excellent presentation & communication skills, the self-motivation and resilience to achieve targets, a flexible attitude and a strong work ethic.
The role will entail visiting customer premises across the region to service fire extinguishers to relevant British Standards whilst adhering to health & safety requirements and continually identifying and delivering further sales opportunities with these customers.
You will ensure that all work meets company targets and that operating procedures are followed, utilising effective communication skills to identify and liaise with decision makers on site to obtain sign off for work undertaken and agreement to additional sales, planning activities, journeys, call outs etc to maximise service time and ensure cost efficiency and maintaining adequate van stocks/ spares.
The salary for this role is incentivised via bonus and our strong performing Service Engineers can expect to earn from £25,000 - 30,000+. Uniform and Vehicle will be provided and you will also have access to career prospects throughout Chubb and a generous benefits package.
