We are now hiring for The RAC,Stretford one of the country's most progressive motoring organisations. They provide services for both private and commercial motorists and are world renowned for their internal development programme.|
They now have an exciting opportunity within their Renewals Team on a temporary to permanent basis, working as an Inbound Advisor.

For over a century they've been helping to keep motorists moving and building one of Britain's most trusted brands and the largest membership of any motoring organisation worldwide. 88% of their members and customers would recommend their products and services; but they're not complacent - and this role is all about renewing business with members who may be looking to leave their club. It will be your job to:
Review their requirements and potential reasons for leaving
Handle their objections in a constructive and understanding manner
Offer alternative RAC products or services that better meet their needs
No two members are the same and you'll be able to treat every customer in individually, delivering an exceptional service at all times.
It takes excellent people skills, confident powers of communication, the natural ability to listen and identify member's needs, the resilience of flexibility to adapt to many different situations, plus good PC and numeracy skills.
Previous contact centre experience preferable

You must be available to work between the below hours:
8am - 6pm Monday to Friday
This is a full time role working 35 hours per week on a rostering pattern.
Additionally; there will be 3 weeks of training which will take place Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
Starting salary of £16,000 + bonus , 30% OTE
Fixed term for 6 months after this you will be reviewed to go permanent.
Wage review every 6 month to rise. Potential annual of £23,00 -£26,000 after 2 years of employment.
