One of our clients, a well-respected contractor who have been in business for over 30 years, are looking to appoint a Site Manager to their already accomplished delivery team. The business have gained an enviable reputation as a quality building contractor carrying out both new build, design and build, refurbishment and fitting out projects. Projects range in value from £200,000 to £5 million, offering a full construction service to their clients with a focus purely within the West Midlands.

Site Manager Requirements
The Site Manager will be responsible for all on site production from site set up, sub-contract weekly / monthly meetings throughout the build programme. The Site Manager will be the person responsible to ensure that all the production elements are carried out. You will also be responsible for Health and Safety, Quality, managing site team and programming of works.
The basic requirements can be summed up as follows:
* You must possess the ability to effectively programme site works.
* You will be responsible for all health and safety on site.
* Managing all quality inspections.
* Excellent communicator
* Have ability to drive projects forward effectively
* Be ambitious and driven to achieve tight deadlines
* Experience managing projects with a value of £3million upwards.
* Manage cost, quality and time of the project with minimal support.
