Job Title: Assistant Site Manager (Leading social housing developer)|
A major national blue-chip contractor are currently in the market for an assistant site manager to assist in the management of their new build social housing division.
My client currently has a turnover in excess of £75m and are growing year on year. They are well-established and dominant force within their marketplace.
My client is starting a brand new 5 year traditional build social housing development near Chester. They require an experienced assistant site manager with previous experience working on new build social housing projects.
You will be enthusiastic, receptive and open to new ideas. You will be confident in your ability as a site manager with a proven track record of few reportable items on the job.
My client is looking for an experienced, capable and confident candidate with a current SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid Certificate.

Your skills knowledge and experience required include but not limited to:
New build residential experience is essential for the role
Previous experience working for national house builders is preferable
Able to embrace training
Attention to detail
Ability to liaise with internal and external personnel
Ability to motivate and support staff
Strong communication skills
Qualifications and training - essential
Valid First Aid at Work certificate
Valid SMSTS certificate
CSCS Card at Site Manager Level
Qualifications and training - desirable
Valid Scaffold Appreciation certificate
NVQ Level 3-4, BTEC diploma in Building Construction or similar
Up to date knowledge of health and safety obligations and building legislation
Trade experience and site experience preferable
Current full UK driving licence
