Contracts Manager - Civils|
An experienced Contracts Manager with civils expertise is currently required by one of our long standing clients. They are an established contractor with a strong reputation for client delivery who are looking to add a Civils Contracts Manager to their growing division. You will be able to demonstrate a track record of delivering up to 5/6 construction projects up to and including a value of £million at one time through your team. Typically, you will be carrying out multiple projects with values ranging between £2 to £12 million as Contracts Manager. These schemes maybe for be new build projects types include commercial, residential, health, education and fit out.
As an experienced Contracts Manager you will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of project delivery both to program and commercially successfully through your Project teams. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, driven, challenging and passionate about your work, you will be a strong negotiator, you are someone who can work as both as part of a team and as an individual, you will thrive in a fast paced work environment.
You must be able to demonstrate at least 3 to 4 years' experience of working as a Civils Contracts Manager already!!
Health & safety will be at the forefront of your business practise. You must have a minimum of 8 years' experience in this role and hold a construction or civil engineering degree educated or MCIOB or both.
You can demonstrate taking construction projects from cradle to grave as Contracts Manager and may have run more than one project at a time. Please find below a list of skills/attributes:
- First Aid
- HNC/HND or degree qualified in construction or civil engineering
- Full UK Driving licence
- IT literate with a good understanding of Microsoft office
