About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Business Partner to join our dedicated HR team. This is a hands on position responsible for providing operational HR support to a number of key client groups. Involvement in group HR projects is also a key requirement of the role.

Reporting to the HR Manager, and working collaboratively with like-minded professionals, this is a role requiring someone who can operate as a trusted advisor to the business and provide a full spectrum of HR services.

About You
We are seeking applications from qualified professionals who can demonstrate the following:

  • Extensive HR generalist experience - with at least 5 years at a business partner or comparable level.
  • An enquiring mind, with the passion to develop and implement commercially astute and innovative people solutions.
  • An analytical and facts based approach to work.
  • A passion and talent for recruitment, development and engagement as distinct operational priorities.
  • Strong achievement and delivery orientation.
  • Excellent communication skills as well a collaborative working style.
  • Experience in managing, supporting and enabling organisational and cultural change.
  • Confidence in maximising the use of multiple people technology platforms.

  • Relevant and recent tertiary qualifications.
  • Dedicated experience in the professional services sector.
