The Opportunity
Our client is a leading food manufacturer who produces some of the UK's most loved brands which have been in our lives for over a century.
With 13 locations Nationwide and over 4,000 employees, this is a company who consistently works to produce food to the highest quality and to constantly innovate their products to provide modern customers with what they want.
We currently have an opening for a Project Engineering Manager to join their production site in Lifton to manage all aspects in the execution of the site Capital Investment Programme and its subsequent delivery.

The Role;
• Collating site CAPEX proposals to deliver a site shortlist for the annual budget and three year strategic Capital Investment Programme.
• Completing CAPEX requests on behalf of the site
• Ensuring all site CAPEX programmes adhere to group policies and procedures
• Monitoring and reporting progress of all site CAPEX programmes
• Scheduling and monitoring cash flow and phasing
• Providing site expertise on CAPEX systems
• Leading and managing high value CAPEX projects as identified by the Factory General Manager
• Ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget
Working hours; Daily hours with flexibility

• Engineering background
• Excellent Project Management skills - ideally PRINCE2 qualified
• Risk Management
• Ability to influence stakeholders
• Good financial awareness
• Driven and ambitious
