We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Building Services engineer to work in a busy Building Services Consultancy in Manchester.

They are looking for an Associate Director with an electrical bias to join their team and help them to develop their expertise and grow the business. The role will be varied and will include all aspects of design, project management, client liaison and sharing the general management of the business with the other directors.
They are looking for an ambitious and motivated engineer, perhaps currently operating as an Associate or Senior / Principal Engineer, who is now ready to take the next step in their career.
You must possess excellent technical skills including all aspects of electrical services design with a keen awareness of mechanical services, BREEAM and M&E sustainability solutions.
Project monitoring and commercial project management experience are key requirements.
If you have a flair for generating some new business or training young engineers we can provide the support to help you develop those skills.
CEng / CIBSE accreditation and some BIM awareness / experience is a key requirement, however the desire to provide outstanding service to their customers is what is most important. The person they are looking for must be willing to take ownership and to have the mentality to go the extra mile.
