QA Manager/Lead Test Strategy & Plan Project Sign Off GAIN GREENFIELD £50-55K London
Looking for a QA Manager to join one of the upcoming players in the digital product development market to take ownership of the Quality Assurance activities which currently been handled by the developers.
Being in-charge of the entire QA function you would be responsible for designing and defining test strategies. You would be working closely with the Product owners and Project managers to get a clear idea on the requirements.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who has worked in an agile driven methodology, preferably in a smaller set up and handled a team of 4-5 QAs. As a QA manager you would be recommending the automation tools to define the success of this innovative product. As the role progress, you would be involved in expanding the team further.
To be eligible to apply for this role you should have:
- Prior experience working in a QA Lead capacity (manual/automation)
- Amazing communication and interpersonal skills
- Set up and managed a collaborative test strategies and plans in an agile environment
- Worked closely with Product Owners and Project managers to gather requirements
- Worked in a manual/automation testing preferably Selenium
This would be a perfect role for someone who wants to own and define the best practices in a progressive environment.
