Code Red Associates are a specialist supplier of ICT resource to the public sector, local authority & social housing sectors. We are currently recruiting for a customer focussed 3rd Line Technical Support Analyst with in-depth proven VMware & Citrix experience for a forward thinking & evolving organisation. They are specifically looking for a personable and enthusiastic individual, who is committed to customer satisfaction and who has the determination and resolve to own and resolve issues before moving on to the next.

This role involves shift working between 8:00am & 6:00pm from Monday through to Sunday (the usual working week is Monday to Friday). There will also sometimes be travel to satellite offices across London so a full driving licence is required.

The purpose of the role will be to provide a high quality, professional and responsive 3nd line infrastructure support service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day responsibilities would include diagnostics and resolution of infrastructure wide issues as well as designing, developing, maintaining, configuring and monitoring a variety of applications. It would also be necessary to carry out systems upgrades, backup administration along with advising colleagues and clients on technology matters.

• VMware ESX server
• Citrix Current XenApp 6.5 and previous versions
• Citrix Access Gateway and new version
• Microsoft Server (Apply online only) (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO)
• Exchange 2003
• Exchange 2007
• MS SQL (Apply online only)
• MS Lync (Apply online only)
• SharePoint
• Cisco Switches
• Sophos Solutions, web, AV, email, VPN, security, encryption
• Commvault Backup Administration
• Vasco 2 Tier Authentication
• ITIL Foundation qualified
• Full clean driving license

• VCB Backup
• Xenserver
• EMC Administration and storage management
• Cisco ASA firewalls
• Avaya VOIP Administration and support
• HP Thin Client Deployment and Management
• DPM backup software Admin
