Leading software company that specialises in wealth management solutions designed to streamline administrative processes for businesses offering products to the funds management and retirement savings markets.

The role

The solution is a technology platform used to administer the full suite of wealth management and retirement savings products including:

• Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit Plans
• Annuity and Pension Products
• Personal wealth investments such as Unit Trust and Managed Funds
• Platform/Wrap Account Products which enable an investor to hold assets across multiple managers and trade directly with the share market.

As Business Project Manager you will get involved in high levels of client engagement, working to enhance the firm's reputation in the market place. Focusing on delivering client value, you will manage and maintain strong customer relationships by following up with clients to ensure requirements have been met. Discussing and agreeing project implementation strategies with clients, you will remain focused on project delivery. Planning and managing all project tasks associated with implementation you will analyse, define, and document requirements for data, workflow, logical processes and interfaces with internal and external systems. You will design and consult on the implementation of business processes that ensure satisfactory delivery and use of (url removed). Working with the Development Manager, Team Leaders and Project Managers to monitor and control the development effort and manage resolution of project-wide issues.

The requirements

Coming from a Financial Services (preferably Wealth Management) background you will possess extensive experience of managing large projects, being proficient in project management methodologies including: overall process management, capturing business requirements, task management, reporting, risk management, delivery of quality outcomes and engagement between stakeholders. Expert knowledge in nominated fields of specialisation with a specific focus on project management and client business support is essential.

You will exhibit proven experience of supporting team members in requirements analysis, development planning, establishing test plans, strategies and documentation as well as testing the appropriate quality assurance processes (Peer Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing). Finally you should remain abreast of developments within .Net methodologies
