My client is looking for a number of skilled Manufacturing Engineers ranging in experience in experience from 2 years to 5 years.

The salaries for the roles are extremely competitive and come along with stock options, performance bonus, VHI healthcare for yourself and your family (if applicable), pension contribution and a flexible working week. (Did I mention a 4 day working week, 3 day weekend!!)

The roles will see you provide setting up new manufacturing processes as well as daily support of products, processes, materials, and equipment in order to achieve production goals (i.e., quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and safety). Leading the knowledge transfer of new manufacturing processes and providing training to product builders and technicians.

Innovation and collaboration are also massively important to the company so these will also be key pillars to every role.

Requirements for these role with include at least 3 year's experience in the Medical Device Industry as well as holding a Level 8 degree, preferably in engineering. It is also desirable to have a strong technical understanding of setting up and maintaining manufacturing processes as well as experience in validation, equipment design and lean manufacturing.
